Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER)

These Regulations, often abbreviated to PUWER, place duties on people and companies who own, operate or have control over work equipment. PUWER also places responsibilities on businesses and organisations whose employees use work equipment, whether owned by them or not.

Our PUWER Inspection Services include: 

• Call for free impartial advice
• When PUWER inspection requirements have been identified an no obligation quote will be provided
• Competent UKAS accredited inspection engineers will attend by appointment
• Onsite paperwork will be provided immediately after inspection detailing any findings
• Inspection reports and test certificates are forwarded either by paper copies or online reporting
• Our PUWER Inspections are carried out in accordance with our UKAS approved inspection procedures
