Proof Load Testing.

Following any major mechanical or structural maintenance or repair to your lifting device, then the British Standards and current Legislations imply that you are required to undertake the necessary tests to ensure the equipment is suitable and safe with adequate strength to be placed back in to service.

This is where we can assist.

• We will understand your exact requirements before providing you with a full consultation, design analysis, due diligence if necessary and advise on the required sage process, step by step.
• We will undertake and witness the required proof load testing and final certification prior to issuing you with a required LOLER certificate (if applicable), allowing the equipment to be placed safely back into service.
• Where special projects require offsite load testing, deformation and permissible bending allowance analysis to be undertaken, then we can arrange the necessary requirements from start to finish of the project.
